Laser Cut Air Cleaner Mounting Brackets for Commercial Trucking

We produced these laser cut air cleaner mounting brackets for a customer from the commercial trucking industry. Hot rolled, pickled, and oiled steel sheets measuring 0.179 mm in thickness were used to produce these brackets. Using a 4 KW laser cutting machine, we accurately cut parts 10.250" in length, 12.875" in width, and 11.812" in height. Our Cincinnati press brakes produced precision bends at tight tolerances of +0.4 mm / -0.1 mm. Bend fixtures were laser cut and bolted to the front of the press brake to ensure bend line accuracy. 2400 brackets were powder coated, shrink wrapped, and delivered to the customer.

Laser Cut Product Description This is a laser cut air cleaner bracket used in the commercial trucking industry. Bend fixtures were laser cut and bolted to the front of the press brake in order to accurately place the bend line. After that, our Cincinnati press brake did the rest. The degree of the bend is critical to staying inside the tolerance range.
